The first Unbound Authors anthology
Voices from the Inside, Vol. 1 brings together poetry, stories and essays by incarcerated writers across Colorado. The collection offers readers a window into the imagination, experiences and voices of people writing from inside Colorado correctional facilities.
The anthology project was led by Dr. Libby Catchings, Co-Founder and Writing Lab Director of Unbound Authors, and funded by a grant from Arts in Society.
About Unbound Authors
Unbound Authors is a statewide writing center and communications initiative working inside Colorado correctional facilities and through tablet-based learning platforms. Through writing labs, mentorship, publications, and communication training, we support people in developing their voices, stories, and leadership.
